The Uncommissioned Cards, which are tie-on, give the gas user important information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner that the appliance/installation has not been commissioned, and therefore, left disconnected from the gas supply.
The Uncommissioned Card contains a standard statement, the gas operatives name, the gas operatives registration number and the date the label was issued.
